Only members can apply to the job and work exchange opportunities provided and once you do, you will be put in touch directly with the person in charge of hiring. You can be confident that your application is in the right hands and will be receiving an answer shortly. Memberships are good for a full calendar year with the option to renew or terminate at anytime.

What are the 3 different types of opportunities?

Jobs are paid positions. Most of our employers also provide housing for their staff or will be able to help you get organized. You are responsible for getting a work visa if you are planning to work abroad.

Exchange your skills for an adventure base. It's a win-win exchange. Typically, volunteers work 20 hours a week in exchange for room and board. It's a great way to travel for less, learn something new and help along the way. It's also a great way to immerse yourself in the local communities and culture. 

Take an internship industry training program with one of our affiliates. Gain hands-on experience in some of the best adventure travel destinations around the world. Fees for internships vary and are dependent on the type and length of training.

How to manage profile?

1 -Select ' My Profile'' from your profile icon 

2- Click on '' Edit '' to upload your info, skills, certification and adventure sports of interest.

3- Click on the tabs to upload photos & resume

Pending: Indicates that the employer has received your application and it is currently being reviewed.

Accepted: Well, pack your bags and go! Don't forget your passport, travel insurance and any visas you may need.

Refused: We ask our employers to provide feedback when they can. Keep your eyes open for another opportunity and let us know if we can do anything to help.

All your communications with employers are found in your inbox under '' Messages '' on the top menu. You will also be receiving email notifications when you have a new message.

Click on any opportunity and select that ''heart icon'' to save it in your ''favorites'' page located in the top menu. It makes it easy to apply when you are ready. Make sure you are logged in before saving.

What are the unwritten rules?

Employers count on you and you can count on them. We know that it is possible to have plans changing. If you need to do so, contact your employers as soon as possible because they will be planning your arrival. Remember that we work as a community with a review system so you want to keep a good traveler's profile for the future.

We are a like-minded community based on trust.

It is your responsibility get visas if and setting up clear arrangements with the employer. The job posting will give you most details but ask questions you may have. 

How does reviews work?

 Reviews are in place so we can maintain a high standard of employers and members. We are striving as a company to maintain a good relationship between all users. We will be investigating cases of bad reviews and reserve all rights to banned an employer or a traveler from using this site. Good vibes only team :)

Once a work experience completed, you will be able to review your employer and overall experience. We appreciate you doing so, it tremendously helps the community.Go to:

Employers can also leave a review for your help. Good reviews will help you get on to your next adventure. To see your reviews go to:

What is the cost of the membership?

Memberships are good for a full calendar year with the option to renew or terminate at any time.

You can cancel your membership at any time you want. Note that you will no longer be able to contact employers once canceled. Go to: My Profile / Account settings / Cancel membership.

The auto-renew functionality for your recurring yearly membership can be activated or deactivated at any time. Go to: My Profile / Account settings / Auto-renew

Privacy and safety

You must be 18 or older to be a member. You must be 18 in many countries to be volunteering. Meanwhile, you can still be looking at the posting and once you turn 18, it is your chance to get on board!
